Well, the difference between one place another is customer service and it's at it's worst here, I bought a product based on the advertised price and description, It came wrong contacted them, they said the description was a mistake and we will give you a promo but the product is out of stock (yet there was the smaller size in stock) and is more expensive than what you paid which makes sense I bought it during the offers!! They only offered a promo with the money. So you pay for their faults.

It was an amazing app at first and delivered to multiple locations and aread. But I tried to make an order for my pets couple days ago and found that my location has been deleted and not in area locations. Then I contacted support and they only reply I got is ( unfortunately some areas are out of our coverage for quite sometime, we only deliver to available areas in the app for now) ?!!!! How can I explain this to my pets and providing their food. That's a bummer 👎👎👎👎👎

Happy pets, happier you. This is exactly what it is. I've been using this app for a few years now and I've seen it grow. At the moment it is amazing. It's very clear what's available, there's a good product variety, prices are same as the market and sometimes even a bit better, delivery service is great as well as customer support. As per the app itself IT WORKS! Keep the good job.
