P2H Online is a daily inspection (P2H) application for mining units. This application is used by mechanics and designated operators.
WHAT IT CAN DO
- 8-item daily checklist: oil, coolant, and fuel levels; coolant, oil, and fuel leaks; V-belts; and power cables.
- Unlock the unit after the P2H is complete. Units that have not been inspected remain locked and cannot be started.
- Report trouble for findings outside the checklist. Reports are immediately forwarded to the maintenance group.
- Fleet location map, to find the next unit without having to guess.
- Setup menu for technicians: synchronize unit clocks, change unit codes, test start inhibits, and update unit firmware remotely.
WORKING IN PLACES WITHOUT SIGNAL
There is often no signal in the pit. Submitted P2Hs are stored on the phone and automatically sent once signal returns, so operators don't have to wait and there's no data loss.
MULTI-JOBSITE
Each jobsite has its own password and data sheet. Data from one jobsite is never mixed with data from another.
NOTE
This application requires the unit to be equipped with an interlock device. Without it, the application cannot unlock the unit.
GPS coordinates are recorded ONCE when the submit button is pressed, as a marker of the unit's location. Beyond that moment, the application does not track the user's position unless the user activates RECORD ROAD ROUTE—an optional feature that draws a map of the mine's roads and automatically stops within 30 km of the workshop.
