Hi Odikko, -App frequently crashes when attempting to use the "Offer" option. -Unreasonably long waiting times for delivery, impacting user satisfaction. -Overall user experience is below average, making navigation and usage sometimes frustrating -Unable to find any option to cancel orders, causing inconvenience for users. -App loading times are slow, leading to a laggy and inconvenient experience. -OrderTracking could be little more user friendly . I have had a great experience with this app. The app's design is user friendly so that it could be beneficial to the elders as well who are least used to smartphones. Through this I could order wide range of groceries, fruits, vegetables etc with few clicks. The most attractive part of this app is, it is one place for all your problems. You do not need to worry about your motorcycle/car accessories and much more going to be launched I believe. Very prompt customer service also being provided.

App UI is simple and easy to use. They have done an optimal distribution of categories and products. Search functionality is accurate. Easy to order and track post ordering.
