Ratings and reviews

I've had little to no problems. It auto Scrolls due to a fault in the Samsung keyboard. Hopefully, that will get fixed soon. The only other thing I had a complaint about is that they changed the icon on my home screen from what looked like a notepad to a blue one. I emailed them asking if I could go back to the old one, and they answered me right away and updated the app to offer the chance to use the Legacy icon again.

Continues to CRASH, and is slow to respond. When I paste anything or type anything, it can take two to twenty seconds to respond, unless,of course, it CRASHES. Used to work just fine on files three times the size of my current one. I have been using the app for OVER EIGHT YEARS. It was great until about two months ago. The frequent crashes started maybe a month ago, but now (last 3 or so days), they make it totally unusable!!!!

I love Notepad Pro and have used it for years on multiple phones. It does what I need, and then some; I've recommended it many times. However, since a recent update, it no longer obeys screen orientation lock. I have it locked to portrait, but it Notepad Pro will rotate to landscape if I set it down and when it rotates back it's scrolled my content up so that I have to do a few things just to get back to what I was doing. A separate setting shouldn't be necessary when it's already set globally.
