The app has some quirks. I find the restaurant location data annoying. It never remembers my previous location for ordering. It also doesn't register my address, so I can't get delivery. I understood when the street was new, but 2 years later, they need to update their system. And yes, I've reported it to them. Also, a UI glitch, the bottom buttons fall outside of the screen, so I have to be careful hitting buttons, as they're very cutoff.

It's supposed to speed up ordering but I can not get it process an order to save my...dinner. Not once. We always end up either calling or paying at the door, begrudgingly. Everytime I report it when I call to order the staff don't even respond to the concern or offer any solutions. It's easier to call if you really want panago, I've wasted a lot of time with this app.

It works. Except when you try to make an order from previous orders and an item is out of stock. I tried to order my usual stuff but the salad was out of stock... the warning was only .7 seconds long. I had to continuously click the proceed to check out and read one word at a time to learn one thing wasn't available.
