About this app

This smartphone app allows eBLOCK users to check battery status more easily and clearly.
Simply download the app; no special setup is required.
By connecting via Bluetooth® with an activated battery, you can check the remaining battery charge and battery status (maximum capacity) on your smartphone.
You can also turn on individual LEDs to identify the eBLOCK among multiple batteries.

1. This app is designed specifically for smartphones. While it may be possible to download and use the app on an Android™ tablet, issues such as text misalignment and screen clipping may occur. It may also not be compatible with some devices. Thank you for your understanding.
2. This app is free. Communication charges between this app and our center server are the customer's responsibility.
3. Separate communication charges apply when downloading this app.
4. Compatible operating systems are Android™ 10.0 to 15.0. (As of October 2025)
5. You can check the remaining battery charge and maximum capacity. Registering a managed device also enables battery sleep and waste discharge processing.
6. The remaining battery power displayed in this app is an estimate only.
7. Only one copy of this app can be downloaded per smartphone. One app can display up to 12 battery levels.
8. There are no country restrictions on use of this app. However, please note the following points, especially when using it overseas.
1. Depending on the country or region, there may be restrictions on internet connection. In such cases, you may not be able to use this app.
2. If you wish to use this app overseas, please make sure that the app can be used by yourself. We cannot provide support for countries where the app is available.
3. This app uses internet packet communication. We recommend using a flat-rate internet plan. We are not responsible for any high packet charges that may occur.
