About this app

The "Smart HEMS Service" allows you to control devices connected to Panasonic's AiSEG/AiSEG2/AiSEG3 systems from inside or outside the home. When combined with Smart Cosmo, this smartphone app utilizes measured energy data to provide services tailored to your home.

It conveniently supports your daily life, including housework and family monitoring.

It also sends push notifications to alert you to excessive electricity usage, encouraging energy conservation.

■ Attention AiSEG3 users
This app will be available until January 27, 2025, but will no longer be available after January 28. We ask that you switch to the new "AiSEG app."
*During the transition period (January 21–27), some functions, such as weather forecasts and temperature displays, will be unavailable.

■ Attention AiSEG and AiSEG2 users
Please continue to use the "Smart HEMS Service app."
*The "AiSEG app" will no longer be available.

[Notes]
- To use this app, you must register for our server service (free of charge) and log in with a CLUB Panasonic ID registered with Panasonic's "CLUB Panasonic" service.
- Packet communication charges to the server are the customer's responsibility.
- Compatible smartphones are listed below (as of January 2026):
Android 9.0-16 (Android devices)
- This app is designed specifically for smartphones. While it may be possible to download and use the app on an Android tablet, you may experience issues such as text stuttering and screen clipping. It may also not be compatible with some devices. Thank you for your understanding.
- To use all of the app's features, a smart HEMS (AiSEG/AiSEG2/AiSEG3 + Smart Cosmo or measurement unit) is required.
- Compatible AiSEG devices are AiSEG (MKN700, MKN702) and AiSEG2 (MKN713, MKN704, MKN705, MKN716).
The AiSEG (MKN700, MKN702) software is version 1.12 or later. If you are using an earlier version of AiSEG, you will need to update the AiSEG firmware via your home internet connection.
- This app allows you to check your home's electricity usage and the amount of electricity generated by solar power and ENE-FARM. However, it does not support the full solar power purchase system.
- The electricity data you can check using this app is updated every 30 minutes and uploaded to a server via the internet from your AiSEG/AiSEG2/AiSEG3.
- The electricity usage and electricity charges displayed on this app are estimates only. They may differ from the electricity charges charged by your power provider.
- This app has a GPS function.
