About this app
"Smart HEMS Service" allows you to control devices connected to Panasonic's AiSEG/AiSEG2/AiSEG3 from inside or outside your home. In addition, when combined with Smart Cosmo, it is a smartphone-only app that utilizes measured electricity data to provide services suitable for your home.
Conveniently supports your daily life, such as doing housework and watching over your family.
In addition, push notifications will notify you if you are using too much electricity, increasing your awareness of saving electricity.

- To use this app, you need to register for our server service (free of charge) and log in with your CLUB Panasonic ID registered with "CLUB Panasonic" operated by Panasonic.
-Packet communication charges with the server will be borne by the customer.
- Compatible OS is Android 9.0 to 15. (As of March 2025)
・This app is a dedicated app for smartphones. Although this application may be downloaded and used on Android tablets, phenomena such as text misalignment and screen cutouts may occur. Also, it may not be available depending on the device. Thank you for your understanding.
- If you want to use all the functions of this app, you will need a smart HEMS (AiSEG/AiSEG2/AiSEG3 + Smart Cosmo or measurement unit).
- Compatible AiSEGs are AiSEG (MKN700, MKN702), AiSEG2 (MKN713, MKN704, MKN705, MKN716), and AiSEG3 (MKN7140, MKN7141, MKN706).
AiSEG (MKN700, MKN702) software is Ver.1.12 or later. If you are using an earlier version of AiSEG, you will need to update the AiSEG firmware via your home internet environment.
・With this app, you can check the amount of electricity used in your home and the amount of power generated by solar power and energy farms. However, it does not support the full purchase method of solar power.
-The power data that can be checked with this app is updated every 30 minutes from AiSEG/AiSEG2/AiSEG3 and uploaded to the server via the Internet.
-The electricity usage and electricity rates displayed in this app are estimates. This is different from the electricity bill charged by your electricity provider.
・This app has a function that uses GPS.
