About this app

The "Smart HEMS Service" allows you to control devices connected to Panasonic's AiSEG/AiSEG2 from inside or outside your home. Furthermore, when combined with Smart Cosmo, it utilizes measured power data to provide services tailored to your household, all through a dedicated smartphone app.

It conveniently supports daily life, such as household chores and family monitoring.

In addition, it provides push notifications for excessive electricity use, raising awareness of energy conservation.

■ For AiSEG3 users:
This app can be used until January 27, 2025, but will no longer be available after January 28. Please migrate to the new app, "AiSEG App."

*During the migration period (January 21st to January 27th), some functions, such as weather forecasts and temperature displays, will be unavailable.

■ For AiSEG and AiSEG2 users:
Please continue to use the "Smart HEMS Service App."

*The "AiSEG App" is no longer available.

[Important Notes]
* To use this app, you need to register for our server service (free) and log in with your CLUB Panasonic ID registered with "CLUB Panasonic," operated by Panasonic.
* Packet communication charges to the server are the responsibility of the customer.
* The following smartphones are supported (as of January 2026):
* Android 9.0 to 16 (Android devices)
* This app is a dedicated app for smartphones. While it may be possible to download and use this app on Android tablets, issues such as text misalignment and screen cutting may occur. Also, it may not be usable depending on the device. Please be aware of this in advance.
* To use all the functions of this app, a Smart HEMS (AiSEG/AiSEG2 + Smart Cosmo or Measurement Unit) is required.
* Compatible AiSEG models are AiSEG (MKN700, MKN702) and AiSEG2 (MKN713, MKN704, MKN705, MKN716).

The software for AiSEG (MKN700, MKN702) is version 1.12 or later. If you are using an earlier version of AiSEG, you will need to update the AiSEG firmware via your home internet connection.

* This app allows you to check your household electricity usage and the amount of electricity generated by your solar power system and EneFarm. However, it does not support the full purchase agreement for solar power.

* The electricity data displayed in this app is updated every 30 minutes and uploaded to the server via the internet from AiSEG/AiSEG2.

* The electricity usage and electricity charges displayed in this app are estimates. They may differ from the electricity charges billed by your power company.

* This app has a GPS function.
