About this app

The "AiSEG app" allows you to control devices connected to Panasonic's AiSEG3 system from inside or outside the home.
In addition, when combined with Smart Cosmo, this smartphone app utilizes measured energy data to provide services tailored to your home.

[Notes]
- To use this app, you must register for our server service (free of charge).
- You must log in with your CLUB Panasonic ID registered with Panasonic's "CLUB Panasonic" service.
- Packet communication charges with the server are the customer's responsibility.
- Compatible smartphones are listed below (as of January 2026):
Android 12-16 (Android devices)
- This app is designed specifically for smartphones. While it may be possible to download and use the app on an Android tablet,
you may experience issues such as text stuttering and screen clipping. It may also not work on some devices. Thank you for your understanding.
・The "AiSEG app" is exclusively for the AiSEG3 (MKN706, MKN707, MKN7140, MKN7141, MKN717).
*The model number displayed on the MKN7140 and MKN7141 units is MKN714.
*Cannot be used with AiSEG (MKN700) or AiSEG2 (MKN713, MKN704, MKN705, MKN716).
・The AiSEG3 software is version 3.02 or later.
If you are using an earlier AiSEG, you will need to update the AiSEG firmware via your home internet connection.
・To use this app, the AiSEG3 must be constantly connected to the internet.
・This app allows you to check your household electricity usage and the amount of electricity generated by solar power and ENE-FARM. However, it does not support the full solar power purchase system.
・The electricity data that can be viewed in this app is updated every 30 minutes and uploaded from the AiSEG3 to a server via the Internet.
・The electricity usage and electricity charges displayed in this app are estimates only. They may differ from the electricity charges charged by your power company.
・This app has a GPS function. (Resetting is required when transferring apps or changing models.)
