Products in physical store are often not found in app. So the app is basically useless, unless you have never been to the real store, so thinking what the app shows are all the products out there. Suggestion : Let the user enter a credit card number. Retrieve from records of physical store what the person had been buying all these years. Let the user tick which ones to buy this time, and how much. This is how computer based purchases can help. Choosing again is a joke.

Overall my experience is positive. It does the job with the digital ecard. Just dislike the idea of carrying a physical card, so that's a huge plugs. Interface is okay, can be improved.

Lacks a lot of user friendly features. 1) No recommended / promotions page. 2) No loading or end of page notes, you don't know when u have reached the end of the list of items. 3) Photos are too large, 1 page can only see 4 items, be prepared to scroll alot. 4) Page needs a quicker way to check out / add items to basket. There is so much unused real estate on the items list page, could've added a "Add item to basket" feature/button beneath the photos.
