Sum Sprint is a mental arithmetic workout. A problem appears, you work it out in your head, and you type the answer on a keypad. No calculator, no pencil.
WHY TYPING MATTERS
Most math drill apps give you four choices. That sounds easier, but it lets you skip the arithmetic — glance at the last digit, spot the only option that ends in a 1, tap it. You never actually multiplied anything. Here you type the number, so the answer has to come from your head.
FIVE MODES
• Sprint — 60 seconds, as many as you can. The difficulty follows you: three quick correct answers move you up a level, a miss moves you down. Ten levels, from single digits to harder mixed work.
• True or False — 20 finished equations, five seconds each. Right or wrong? Wrong ones often end in the same digit as the real answer, so a quick glance is not enough.
• Missing Number — the blank is inside the equation, not at the end. 14 + __ = 20.
• Times Tables — drill one table at a time, 2 through 19, with a record for each.
• Zen — no clock at all. Pick the operations and the level and go at your own pace.
NOTHING IS LOCKED
Every mode is open from the first launch. No coins, no energy, no account, no sign-in.
ADS STAY OUT OF THE ROUND
No ad ever appears while a round is running. A full screen ad can only show up after a round has ended, the first few rounds are left alone, and there is a minimum gap between them.
MADE TO BE READABLE
Three text sizes, and you can move the keypad to the left or right so it sits under your thumb. If you would rather confirm each answer yourself, switch answer submission to the Enter key — the setting explains the trade-off either way.
KEEPS YOUR RECORD
A daily streak, best scores per mode, accuracy, and a 30-day chart. Everything stays on your phone, and you can clear it whenever you like.
PLAYS ANYWHERE
Problems are generated on your device, so it works on a plane, on the subway, or with no signal at all. Share a score as text if you want to.
A few minutes a day is enough to feel the difference.
Mental math drills you actually type. Five modes, no timer if you want.
