Unfortunately, the camera functions don't work at all. I tried on two different phones. The face does not appear in the frame, the document does not appear in the frame, there is a huge lag, so you end up capturing a weird corner of the face. To top it off, it makes you start over every time there is a glitch, so even if you miraculously took a selfie, you lose it if the document isn't captured. Which it isn't.

I have tried this app on three different phones and it will not recognize the applicant's face. I tried different angles, lighting, front and back cameras, and made sure the person was correctly in frame. This would be less frustrating if there was a way to submit photos for manual review, as this is becoming a burden for the applicant because their claim can't be processed.

This app is the terrible. Not only does it open up a website the website makes it nearly impossible to verify people. At the very least it should allow people to take a photo of their relative being verified with the back camera. Also an option to upload say a photo of the person with say a newspaper &date would also be nice
