About this game

Hunt enemy convoys, battle destroyers, attack land bases, and shoot down aircraft in this long-awaited sequel to the best-selling "Crash Dive".

Take command of a Gato-class submarine prowling the South Pacific in search of enemy shipping to sink.

Sneak past the destroyers and torpedo the transports, or surface and engage the sub-chasers in a duel with your deck gun.

When the enemy planes come in on a strafing run, man your AA guns to take them down!

Evade the hunting escorts before they can crush you with their depth charges.

Features:
* Smoothly blends a submarine simulator with arcade action.
* Provides the tools for both stealth and offense; you decide how aggressive you want to be.
* Full day/night cycle and wide range of weather conditions affect visibility and weapons.
* Crew health and location-based damage affects the performance of your sub.
* Optional crew management and detailed damage control (or let the computer take care of that for you).
* Optional upgrade tech tree for your sub (can also be left to the AI).
* Lengthy campaign mode.
* Random mission generator for deep replayability.
* Both randomly-generated maps and real-world locales including the Solomon Islands, Philippines, Sea of Japan, and more!
* Built-in modding editor lets you change every aspect of the game.

This is a message to the developer mostly. I love this game and it has been one of my favorite games on mobile ever. I'm near obsessed with submarine and naval warfare so this is the closest I can get to a submarine simulator. The only thing I truly wish is that you could make an external camera that can zoom around the submarine, kind of like a third person view which you could see while surfaced and submerged. This would make the game near perfect! I'm begging you please!

Love this game, and have been playing since it came out, and used to play the original game before that. This game is hyper-accurate to the ASW technology of the time. The only thing that stands out that I think could use an adjustment are the range-lines on the projected torpedo and ship tracks. I cannot read the numbers in yellow against the blue ocean map background. would be better to have a more highly contrasting color like gray, red, or black, etc. Still, this is an amazing game!

This was kind of an accidental download (I thought it was a racing game). Pretty darn good mistake, this game is awesome. The only complaint I can come up with is that I want to complete the maps (like you would in GTA) but there are plenty of activity to keep me busy and several game modes that I haven't tried yet. 10/5 for making a fun game that isn't all about micro transactions and ads.

I mean technically, you can race the enemy ships... Then sink them if it looks like they're going to beat you.

What’s new

• Alert whistle will now sound when a previously-spotted enemy comes back into visual range if contact had been fully lost (chart marker was removed)
• Fixed bug where Waiting in Place while on a “Sink the Target Ship” side mission would cause all escorts to run off and disappear
• Modding: Fixed “Patrol Plane Density Night Mult” not actually doing anything
