After updating to latest version, it keep saying my phone is rooted and forced to close the app, and cant do any single transactions i didn't activated third party installations apk or else Maybe i should moved to other bank instead 🫠 i have no issues so far until i updated this app and now its fixed, nice job panin team 👍🏻👍🏻 back to 5⭐

call center is not helping anything. If there is any problem, we must visit the branch office. really Complecated. Not recommended for using this bank

the layout of the app is really hard to use....it's like a questionnaire and test, not something to accomodate n be helpful. The app went error many times and I had to re-download just now. Let's see if it works. It's hard to transfer money and not many places support using panin, there aren't a lot of benefits. I can't even top up popular e-money apps like ovo or shopee pay. I use this only bcs my payroll at workplace uses panin. Best bet I open it once a month just to transfer the money inside
