Great concept, but super glitchy. Lags and blacks out during both ads & game play. It lags A LOT, too... and the feed goes black, even when I have a strong internet connection. I can hardly watch the games w/ the current state of this app. I paid the money... please fix this.

No shield support. Closed captions always turn on despite me having turned off. Casting is broken half the time. Buffering and stuttering issues. Honestly, they're charging for an alpha version of the app. Extremely frustrating and I find ESPN+ with a VPN to be a better option.

This app is terrible. Unusable. Complete and total scam. Paid for this service. And every time I go to watch any game "you are outside of the viewing area" when I'm very clearly INSIDE THE VIEWING AREA contacted customer support and all they said was to check to make sure I am inside the viewing area. I sent them back a screenshot clearly showing my zip code and area. And a screenshot of their included viewing areas and they will not reach back out to me. I simply want my money back.
