About this app

Simply request a trip to and from any bus stop in your service area, and your request is automatically dispatched to a bus to be carried out. Have the freedom to schedule for any date and time, or select ASAP to be picked up right away.

See your trip request, along with an estimated time of arrival so you can time your travels perfectly. With the ability to track the bus in real time as it approaches, you are always kept in the loop, confident that your ride is on its way.

You can request a trip using this app with transit agencies that use Pantonium’s EverRun On Demand Transit Solution. You will be required to enter your transit agency’s transit code to use On-Demand Transit - Rider App. Visit your agency's website if you aren't sure on what to enter.

Need to be somewhere important and on time? On Demand Transit enables you to select either a pick-up time or a drop-off time so that no matter your purpose - you can count on timely service. Just select which end of your trip is more important, and your on-demand transit service will take care of the rest.

Transit shouldn’t be difficult and cumbersome. When you use this unique on-demand service, you won’t be required to enter an address, personal details or even a name. Just provide an email and you are literally on your way. No more riding along a fixed route, travel only to stops that you request, using the best routes for maximum time savings.

Don’t want to use this app? That’s fine! There are plenty of ways to ride on demand. Ask your transit organization about calling in to book trips or using their online portal through a phone or computer. You can even board a vehicle without a trip booked and just indicate where you want to go.

I have booked multiple busses for pick up and if I'm lucky it's there 30 min after I needed it to arrive, regardless of when I booked it. Only once did it arrive early, coming 27 min before I needed it, ticking off the driver. If I didn't need this app to get home in st.albert, I would never use it. It needs to be changed to be more efficient, utilize all available buses, and make optimal bus routes to minimize wait time. Sadly, it does none of that well.

Could you please write us at apps@pantonium.com with some examples of dates and times you had these long wait times? We would love to investigate further.

Distant pickup times re-adjust as the software finds optimal pickup times for all riders, and is affected by High Demand in your transit. When your bus is nearing your location an ETA is provided. Trash. There are only 3 redeeming qualities for this app. Dark mode, saving previous trips, and the app doesn't crash. Buses arrive almost 45 to 60 minutes after your scheduled time. The app was developed for a suburb or something...not an entire city. Can't wait to freeze when it gets to winter
