Q. An error code (example: 498) is displayed and download is not possible
A. There is a possibility of insufficient free space of storage (internal / external) or server congestion. Move or delete unnecessary data as much as possible to secure free space (0.5 GB or more), and after restarting the terminal Please try again later.

Q. Download does not proceed from "waiting" status
