I find it very difficult to believe your employees cannot lookup a customers rewards number without a card. I enrolled online and never received one. you should have a way of looking this up without the card if you do not provide one. employee could have cared less that I did not want to place the order without receiving my rewards points. customer service lacking at fairhaven ma restaurant.

They updated the app and now it sucks because it doesn't have any of my previous orders and it tells me that there are NO locations that will deliver to me, even though I have been a weekly customer for many years! I've emailed, called and left messages but you can't get in touch with a live person. This sucks! The old web site and app was fine. Their lack of customer service availability sucks. Post a working customer service number on your website.

This app when going to checkout shows you the total bill only. It does NOT give you a breakdown of it came to the total. As a consumer I want to know the tax, any service fees, or if the total includes the tip I added on "before" clicking place my order. I simply will not order from them any longer unless the apps is transparent.
