Sometimes this app is okay, but most of the time it’s frustrating because they handle money transfers however they want. Even when the amount being sent is not more than 50,000. The transfer still gets delayed. I hope you take action on issues like this. The fees/taxes are already high whenever we send money, so I hope you can also make the transfers faster, especially since there are people depending on the money we send.

Slow transaction im from philippines and also the agents are so slow by an approaching a costumer. And also the app say Process an transaction is just only 1hour even from other country but its not. it goes by a day by processing. Im upset and disappointed. Not good at service and very slow. Honest Experience from this app.

Yesterday , I have transferred money from this app. I made a grave mistake by trusting this app.I just got fooled with their exchange rates slightly higher than my existing app.the transaction is pending since 12 hours and don't know how many days it takes to transact . Days are gone where the money used to take days to week time to get transferred.. My existing app was very fast like a rocket ..it will take only 2-3 seconds to complete one transaction ..but this orbit remit is an awful app.
