Used this app for 2 years, but it’s no longer worth it. Their exchange rate is always 5-6 rupees below the Google rate, and they still charge a NZD 4 fee. Transfers from NZ now take over 12 hours, which is unacceptable. There are far better, faster, and cheaper alternatives on the Play Store now. Avoid if you need quick transfers!

Horrible service. Yes, the exchange rate is a bit high compared to others, but the service is horrible and not reliable in terms of urgency and emergencies. It took 48 hours with no action until I contacted Customer Service (CS) to verify the transaction, and they still couldn't solve the problem. At least I know now that this service is awful. In this era, I don't understand why old-school remittances still exist; maybe they are still roaming around in the orbit.

I sent $466.32 from Australia to Pakistan and through this app and the money never reached the recipient. It's been 5 days now and I have no contact with the customer service. Infact, today I am not able to login the app. It doesn't recognise my login details and says an error has occurred please contact customer support. Is this a scam? How do I get my money back???
