Paperless Crew

Paperless Crew App

About this app

Paperless Crew replaces the paper work order that truck wash crews carry from stop to stop. Drivers and helpers get their day's route on the tablet, record each vehicle they wash, capture photos, collect a customer signature, and close out the stop before they pull away.

This app is for employees of companies that use Paperless Crew. It is not a consumer app and it cannot be used on its own. Your dispatcher pairs the tablet with a code from the company's admin console, and you sign in with a 4-digit PIN.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

• See today's route — every stop assigned to your crew, in the order dispatch set, with company name, address, and any notes for the driver.
• Record the wash — tap trucks off the customer's fleet list or type in unit numbers by hand, for tractors, trailers, trailer interiors, and more.
• Set times — clock in and out of each stop manually or with one tap.
• Capture photos and video — attach evidence to any stop.
• Collect a signature — have the customer sign on the screen, and email them the completed work order.
• Log fuel and mileage — record levels and odometer readings at the start and end of the shift.
• Work offline — everything you enter is saved on the tablet and syncs on its own when signal comes back. Dead zones and yard basements do not cost you the entry.
• English and Spanish — switch the whole interface with one tap.

LOCATION

While you are signed in to a shift, the app shares your truck's location with your dispatcher so they can see the fleet on the live board and give customers accurate arrival times. A notification stays visible the entire time tracking is active. Tracking stops when you sign out at the end of the day, and the app never tracks you in the background when you are signed out.

Location is optional. If you decline the permission the rest of the app works normally — your dispatcher just will not see your truck on the map.
