Paper Notes is a calm, private notebook for everyday life — notes, shopping lists with automatic totals, tasks with reminders, folders, a calendar and home screen widgets in one place.
Write notes with formatting — headings, lists, quotes and colors — plus photos and links. Build checklists and shopping lists where the total and the remainder are calculated for you. Organize everything in folders. Plan with a calendar. Find anything with search — across notes, lists, events, and tasks.
Plan your tasks: the Eisenhower matrix shows what is important and urgent, statuses take a task from new to done. Due dates with exact time, reminders with a Done button right in the notification, and a smart list: overdue, today, next 7 days.
Keep things at hand on your home screen: tick off list items right in the widget — with prices and how much is done — or glance at your latest notes.
Make it look the way you like: a list, a large or small grid, or masonry. A color stripe and tinted cards help every entry keep its color. Light and dark themes. Rearrange or hide the editor toolbar buttons.
Lock notes and lists with a password. Save an encrypted backup file or keep scheduled copies on your own Google Drive. Deleted entries wait in the trash for 30 days. Works fully offline. No accounts required. No ads.
