With the HVR Preparedness app, previously known as the AG5 Preparedness app, you have insight into your own availability as well as that of volunteers in your organization directly on your phone. The app gives you the option to subscribe and unsubscribe for a certain period, both ad hoc and in the future.
If your organization is set up to replace the services of colleagues, this can also be easily processed using the app. Organizations that work with team alarms now also have the option to adjust the alarm status via the app in addition to availability.
The HVR Preparedness app contains the same functionality as the volunteer schedule in AG5. With the app it is of course much easier to change your preparedness at any location, so that the system is always up to date. In addition, by viewing the daily strength of your post(s), you can see what the effect will be of your subscription or unsubscription. By means of adjustable notification, the desired persons or job groups are informed of (impending) understaffing as well as of resolved understaffing.
This app is only available to existing AG5 customers who use the volunteer schedule. Contact your AG5 administrator to check whether your organization uses or will use this app.
