I have been trying to open this app for over a week now. Every time I do this it comes up with an error message that says Dear Customer Swan Connection Unstable. Renew Connection? (This may take up to 15 mins). We apologise for the inconvenience. It then asks me to cancel or Reset. I click reset and it does nothing and I can't go any further. Any advice as I'd really like to be able to use my alarm system from my phone.

Very poor. Never saw an app with such an unreliable, poor network connectivity. About 7 of 10 times it tells you that YOUR network connectivity is unstable and you need to setup the app again. While this is already a quite complicate, time consuming and annoying process, it doesn't solve the problems. Trie this now 5 times! The connection issue appears on your private wifi as well as on a public mobile network. It's a shame for an app covering a security device!

Possibly the worst app I've had to use when it comes to security. If the app isn't crashing, the connection is unstable. You need to renew your connection (which takes 15 minutes) And they apologize for the inconvenience. My alarm is going off while I'm at work and there is NOTHING I can do about it using this app. Terrible. I highly recommend you don't use it
