DIgiValetCall is the app for the Operations team to receive notifications from DigiValet’s Butler/Nurse Solution. It is compatible with wired and wireless buttons of different varieties. The intuitive interface allows the Operations team to define zones, shifts, escalations and assign them to certain users. Based on the logged in user, the requests from the rooms assigned to the user will be sent to the app.
