Time4Care™ is an “on the go” time entry and approval app for home and community-based services programs.

What's New: An enhancement to support Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for the Washington program.

As a service provider, Time4Care makes it easy to enter your hours quickly and accurately as soon as you work them – no longer do you need to remember what hours you worked from two weeks back. The easy to view screens and clear language make it easy to log and track your time on the app as you go each day. Using Time4Care, you can submit your hours, services, activities, and notes “on the go.”

As an Employer, Time4Care allows you to easily view and approve or reject your Employees’ submitted hours. The app makes it easy to access and complete this important step so that your workers are paid accurately and on time!

Time4Care offers these user-friendly features:
• Ability to review and edit hours, activities, and notes before submitting them for Employer approval
• Clock In/Clock Out timer to easily keep track of hours worked in “real time”
• Manual time entry if you prefer to enter your hours without using the timer function
• Offline mode to record your time without Internet connection
• Timesheet review allows Employers to approve submitted time using a mobile device

*Time4Care also supports Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) for time capture in compliance with the 21st Century Cures Act if required by your program.

Ratings and reviews

The app has been crashing when I try to login since the last update. There's a message that says "the app has a bug that needs to be fixed by developer. Try clearing the cache." That's why the app is crashing. I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling, and clearing the cache. The app continuously crashes everyday. It's not my device it's the app! Can you please figure out the bug, fix it, and update the app for love of everything holy! It's causing issues with clock in/out times.

This app sucks. When I try to clock in or out it just sits and spins. I restart and do it over and over but still have so much trouble logging in and out. I can not tell you how many times I have tried clocking in and had to get started working right away just to come back to my phone later and see it never clocked me in! Or vice versa I clock out, leave, get home and hours later look at my phone to see its still spinning and never clocked me out and PPL doesn't like it if you adjust your time!

If you have a month to get your account straight, then you'll get paid. Constant password resets, error messages, and incorrect info in the system even though you try to change it, it doesn't always take the 1st time. Also erroneous info given by staff, a cr-ppy dashboard interface, and even time card entry doesn't always work easily here in this app. If you have nothing to do, and have plenty of time on your hands to jump thru hoops, you'll eventually be ok if stress doesn't cause a stroke.
