I like the idea of this app and the rental camera system... However, I rented a camera twice on a recent trip and was able afterwards to see all the pictures and videos on the app. Now a few days later the app just crashes and I can't even look at the pictures or videos. Tried restarting, clearing cache, updating, etc, all with no success. Very disappointing! Also the app tries to get you to sign up for their mailing list every time you open it.

Your camera is awesome. However your app stinks. Using wifi instead of Bluetooth to connect to the camera is just daft. Getting the files to download is impossible. Usually locks up after a few minutes. Also the camera heats up when trying to transfer. My fix is to pull the micro sd card and put it in a card reader on my laptop.

This app sucks. First it would download the footage but not even play it and now the app keeps crashing. I'm so glad I'm doing testing with it sitting here vs in the water. For 700+ dollars for the camera I would expect much better quality when it comes to the app. I'm about ready to just send it back and stick with go pro, at least thier app works!
