Ratings and reviews

Once I'm in, I love the app. It's easy to manage my account and set up notifications for what you want or don't want. Feels like it loses connection to using my fingerprint login often. I've had trouble getting in at times.

Easy to use. I could never do mobile deposit with my last online bank. I thought it was my phone, now I know it was the app. Love Paramount Bank app. Easy to navigate and use. And awesome rates on accounts.

Doesn't support 2FA (two factor authentication), so be sure to use a strong password and always log out. The lack of 2FA really worries me, and should be standard for any financial institution. Otherwise, it's a no frills app that supports basic mobile banking functions.
