About this app

Initials Online is an application to companies that wish to sign their documents to their employees.

The application lets you create, edit and sign a document using a form system.
Data can be fed by an information system via an API.

The signing of the document is performed with your own certificate.

Here is a sample procedure using the application:

- Creation of a document on an ERP software
- Sending of the document data on a server via API Initials Online
- Push Notification or email the new document
- Modification of certain data (configured in advance) of the document on the application.
- Signature of the document
- The server generates the pdf signed from these data and a template
- ERP can recover data changes via the API and the pdf signed by the user of the application

This application requires configuration document templates and manage users through the web administration interface.
