About this app

ParaScope is a field recording and evidence review app designed for paranormal investigators who want to document sessions in one organized workspace.

Create an investigation for a location, add the investigators present, and record separate named sessions for each area you examine. ParaScope keeps the audio, timeline, notes, markers, and reviewed evidence together so you can spend less time sorting files and more time examining what happened.

CAPTURE THE INVESTIGATION

Record with your phone's built-in microphone or a compatible external audio input. Watch a live waveform, pause and resume when needed, add instant markers, and optionally monitor the microphone through connected headphones or earbuds with Live EVP.

FOLLOW A LIVE TIMELINE

ParaScope can display offline speech transcription and possible sound events as the investigation unfolds. Timeline entries remain available during review, where you can listen to the original recording, correct inaccurate labels, and mark a possible hit after the moment has passed.

REVIEW POSSIBLE EVIDENCE

Markers create short clips centered around the selected moment. Evidence Review lets you play each possible hit, keep useful clips, toss unhelpful ones without deleting the original recording, and add labels such as "female voice," "growl," or "footsteps."

ORGANIZE COMPLETE LOCATIONS

Group sessions such as Basement, Room 102, or Second Floor Hall beneath one location investigation. Save investigator names, general notes, environmental conditions, weather, lunar phase, and available geomagnetic activity. Final summaries bring the sessions and selected evidence together.

EXPORT YOUR WORK

Share a readable investigation report or export a ZIP package containing session recordings, evidence clips, transcripts, timelines, labels, and structured session data. Use Android sharing or a USB connection to transfer investigations to email, cloud storage, a computer, or ParaScope Review Lab.
