See the official land parcel under your feet - or under any point you tap.

Parcel North shows official parcel boundaries and registry attributes for North Cyprus, drawn over satellite imagery on your phone.

WHAT IT DOES
- Tap any point on the map, or use your GPS position - the official parcel polygon is drawn with its block/parcel number, land type, ground class and map sheet.
- Search by neighbourhood and block/parcel number - all 252 official neighbourhoods built in.
- Market context: asking-price bands of similar listings nearby, always labeled as asking prices (not sale prices) with their time period.
- Request a quote for a professional investment dossier on a parcel in one tap (WhatsApp).

WHAT IT DOES NOT DO
- No valuation - the app never tells you what a property is "worth".
- No background location tracking - your location is used only at the moment you ask for a lookup.
- No accounts, no ads, no third-party analytics.

Boundaries come from the official cadastre; they may differ from crop or fence patterns visible on the ground. For official proceedings, the records of the Land Registry and Cadastre Department prevail.

What’s new

Travelling or connecting from abroad? If the official parcel service cannot be reached from your network, the app now shows our own cadastral record for the parcel you tapped - block/parcel, village, land type, area and the boundary on the map - instead of an error. The card always says the record is ours and when it was last refreshed, and offers a report for the current official record.
