I never even could figure out how to use the app. I have contacted the app directly via there message link. Sadly they still won't reply and have charged me $9.99. I would like a full refund and this cancelled. It's a bad app

I downloaded this app payed for subscription so I can find my lost phone and if I don't have the lost phone it want let me do it

There is no way to cancel your subscription. I was charged 9.99 and never used the app. Now I can't even contact anyone from Find now.
