Parent Portal allows parents and carers to see real-time information about their child’s day in nursery.

You can view your child’s account balance, invoices and payments as well as your child’s personal information.

Parent Portal can only be accessed once you’ve received your nursery code from your childcare provider.

One of the worst apps I've ever used. Problems with logging in (have to reset pass almost every time), crashes, nursery uploads an invoice-no notification whatsoever, no notification options at all, I can't open or download any invoice (just throwing errors), support said I need to meet some (ridiculous) requirements to view or download a pdf?! And just like that - nursery is always contacting me for late payments because of this app. What's not to like!

The concept is great, but it's quite clunky. The information is always as expected from the nursery, but the images can only be viewed 1 by 1, you can't scroll them if there's several, there's also no download option that I can find, so you can only really screen shot them if you want to save them. It would be good if there was some saved information when you get logged out so maybe only a password is required? On the plus side, I do get lots of smiley pics of my little girl :-)

I can see a great improvement on the app. It's been updated and saves log in details, can save pics and add home observations. It would be great if we could see the history of the home observations in similar format as the nursery ones. Also, a live chat with the carers would be great so we could directly talk to the carer live.

In this release we have changed the navigation to be more intuitive. We have also fixed a few minor bugs.
