Parino connects job seekers and companies in one place.

For candidates:
• create a job profile and a clear CV,
• browse job offers in your area,
• view companies and workplaces on a map,
• communicate with companies directly in the application.

For companies:
• create a company profile,
• create and manage job offers,
• search for candidates by profession, availability and distance,
• unlock candidate profiles and contact them through conversations.

The candidate's identity remains protected before the profile is unlocked. Parino currently displays mainly the Ostrava region and its surroundings in the search and on the map. Other regions will be added gradually.
