I made a purchase of a cake for a loved one's birthday ahead of time, and the order appeared on the history just fine. No confirmation email other than the bank statement, but I figured it would be fine since there was confirmation on the app's ordering history. But lo and behold, I check today and apparently there's no order in the ordering history. I refresh the app. Installed and reinstalled the app. Even checked on a laptop, but no. It's missing my order.

It doesn't even want to let me sign in! I've tried multiple times, and it kept saying error! I tried to forget my password so it can send me an email to reset, but it never sends me anything. I deleted and reinstalled it, hoping it would let me sign in, but it keeps making these verifications, and it keeps making me go back again to the start and saying it's error! Not a good app!

the app kept crashing. i have used it before and was working ok. this time, it kept crashing and not processing the payment. with every payment attempt, i had to start the order all over again. also, if u add items to the cart and then click any other section of the app, you will lose the items in the cart, and you have to start the oder all over from the start. i had to uninstall the app and install it a couple of times before it eventually worked. needs a lot of improvements.
