Don't use it. I paid via the app, but the transaction wouldn't pass to the local gate, so I was trapped in the ATLWest garage for 26 minutes while they tried to resolve the issue. I had a receipt and the app said it was paid, but attendant and support team couldn't see it. Just pay at the machine on site.

this app is horribly frustrating. It never emails a receipt, fails to import parking 9/10 times, and most of the time I have to pay at the stand anyways because it is broken.

Terrible experience. I registered my car with the ParkATL at the new South Deck. I registered my credit card. It would not let us out. We were trapped.
