The Atlanta West deck provides airport parkers a touchless experience. Access to the facility is via automated license plate identification technology. ParkATL Pay+ continues the touchless journey by linking mobile payment and license plate technology prior to exiting the facility.

Don't use it. I paid via the app, but the transaction wouldn't pass to the local gate, so I was trapped in the ATLWest garage for 26 minutes while they tried to resolve the issue. I had a receipt and the app said it was paid, but attendant and support team couldn't see it. Just pay at the machine on site.

Doesn't work anymore. Used to be able to pay before leaving my parking spot and not have to wait at the gate, but since about a month or so ago, every time I click "Pay now" it says error completing payment. Have uninatalled and reinstalled and tried with multiple credit cards. Worthless app now.

50/50 chance of the system failing and preventing you from being able to get out of the parking garage. If it weren't for the machines in the deck always being out of receipt paper (which they don't indicate) I'd never even bother with this bug-filled app.
