Ratings and reviews

The app doesn't generate notifications on the notification bar, only WITHIN the app. I rely on that for all other parking services (or a text, or both) but this app couldn't manage either... I suspect they also coordinate with a towing company because within 5 minutes of my time running out in a fairly empty parking garage at 2:20 am, my car was towed (for the first time in my life) and cost me a fortune. Tried to email them and got a response saying the address didn't exist either.

This is a scam. paying for spots that don't exist. you have to pay for a minimum 24 hours, but you're not reserving a spot. they can charge 50 people for parking for the day when they only have 20 spots. I paid for 24hrs of parking, left, and came back a few hours later and there's no spots. I'm screwed. I have nowhere to park for the night even though I paid.

this is the worst app that I have ever had I don't like it should be user friendly and it is not. if the lighting is not bright it will not open up I had to find a flashlight to get the app to open up
