The app worked fine the first days. The second, I bought my spot and the app quit working. I wasn't able to pull up my reservation on the app and had to sit in chicago traffic trying to open the email, log in online and get to the qr code that way. The app still isn't working today. I tried to send an email and the provided email address is invalid.

DO NOT use this app. Worse than useless. The app threw me out 3 times already, it happens right when I needed to reserve a parking space. If you want to reset your password it suddenly CANNOT sent you an email to reset, or when it finally does -- much too late in the day-, you have to RE-ENTER all your information, phone, payment method... even though you have an account and you already provided the information.

Only reason to us is when your building requires it! Clumsy, inconsistent program. Doesn't allow me to log in after creating account, lengthy transaction ID too long to display on cell phone screen, no option to view password when logging in online, which is only way to view the entire parking pass. I've used many parking app options and this is absolutely the worst. I have no trust in the app security, and worry that my credit card and account information are not adequately protected.
