About this app

He shares a parking lot with his neighbors from the building. No payment, no strangers. ParkDaj solves the problem that every building in the Balkans has: garages full of spaces that stand empty when their owners are not there, and half the neighbors are circling the street looking for a place to park.

The idea is simple — when you leave (for work, on a trip, at Grandma's), a tap in the app tells your neighbors that your place is free until you return. Another tenant of the building sees that option, makes a reservation in two taps, and parks. No one pays anything to anyone. Only neighbors from your building can see the place — no one from the outside.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Join the building — you enter the invitation code sent to you by your neighbor or manager. Any of the tenants can start the building (does not need the approval of the assembly).

2. Share a place — when you leave, open "My places", choose a period and say "free until 5 pm". That's it. Neighbors receive a notification that the place is open.

3. Reserve your neighbor's — when you need parking, you can see the list of available spaces in the building in real time. Tap, choose duration, done.

WHY IT EXISTS

Because a parking sharing platform shouldn't be an Uber for parking. Your neighbors are not strangers to you. You already see them in the elevator, on the seesaw, on the glory. ParkDay just adds a layer of coordination over something that is still done informally today via a WhatsApp group — just without the constant "who's got a seat in an hour?" spam.

WHAT IS NOT

ParkDay is not:
• paid platform — we take no commission, no subscription
• open market — only your neighbors see your building, not random passers-by
• building management — does not require permission from the assembly, does not change the ownership of the place
• advertising machine — we don't track you through the app, we don't sell data

PRIVACY

Your data stays in your building. Other tenants see only your name and apartment number, nothing more. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any tracker. Email and password are the only thing we keep about you, plus sharing history within your building.

You delete your account whenever you want — everything disappears in a few seconds.

If your building is not yet on ParkDaj, you can register it in a few minutes and become an admin. You invite your neighbors with an invitation code (you share it via Viber, WhatsApp, or on a local bulletin board). Already after two or three neighbors, it's worth it.
