Zero stars if I could. Forced user acquisition without any other options is a terrible business model. Digitalization should be about convenience, not forcing people to install bloatware on their phones just to get home.

Worst parking vendor experience I've had. Gedung MTHS suddenly change its parking vendor, and now we as officer have to register again witj complicated process. The Wuzz sticker doesn't work properly, and with digital ticketing system we can't even get the free price because of membership even in Gedung MTHS and still asked to pay for parking
