About this app

Voice of the Machine™ SensoNODE (formerly SCOUT Mobile) is used for diagnostics and condition monitoring for predictive maintenance. The app allows users to connect to Parker’s SensoNODE™ Blue wireless sensors to gather measurements for a wide range of applications.

Voice of the Machine™ SensoNODE puts vital information and analytics in the palm of the user’s hand. It offers real-time and historic trend information collected by SensoNODE™ Blue (Bluetooth® Low Energy) wireless sensors and presents it in a way that makes sense to user’s operation, providing the analytics needed to optimize asset performance. Data can also be easily exported and shared.

Voice of the Machine™ SensoNODE alerts users to unexpected condition changes that may damage components and equipment. As levels rise above or fall below user-defined thresholds, users are alerted to these events, giving them an opportunity to address potential issues that could harm the system over time, helping to reduce unplanned downtime and increase productivity.

Voice of the Machine™ SensoNODE works with the full sensor line of Parker's SensoNODE™ Blue products - temperature, pressure, humidity, flexible displacement, analog converter (4-20mA), vacuum, and ServiceJunior™ CONNECT sensors.

Voice of the Machine™ SensoNODE dashboards allow users to organize, name, and color code sensors into endless combinations for increased productivity. Sensor measurement information is viewable at-a-glance in a customizable interface.

Voice of the Machine™ SensoNODE calculations allow users to perform time saving, error-reducing, predetermined calculations. Delta calculations provide real-time differences between two measurements of the same type. Compensated pressure calculations help optimize equipment - e.g. pre-charge a bladder accumulator by using the readings of a pressure sensor and temperature sensor. Dewpoint calculations offer insight into conditions where relative humidity and temperature affect production, quality, and process.

app is usually none functional when you attempt to conect sensors. customer service is even less helpful. parker has made a quick reply here on there review. however they have still failed to reply to the technical support request that was made prior to the review i left. always good to see how big corporate priorities are so backwards. I highly recommend using a different brand of gauge system, one with functional electronics and customer service to back the product.

Aaron, we sincerely apologize for the troubles you've had with the app. We'd be happy to take a look into this for you. A customer service inquiry has been submitted on your behalf. You should get a response back via email. Thank you for your feedback.

Great potential. Works well really wish they would build an audible alarm into the app if it exceeds setpoints some settings aren't very intuitive to navigate to or through.

Can't get it to connect to the sensors anymore. Used to work, not any more. Pretty disappointed. I now have some expensive paperweights. :(
