ParkHavn connects drivers who need parking with people who have a spot sitting empty.

FOR DRIVERS

Find real parking in Toronto neighbourhoods where street parking runs out. Open the map, see what's available near you, and book it in a few taps. You get the address and access details once the booking is confirmed. No circling the block, no meters, no tickets.

Every spot on the map is verified before it goes live.

FOR HOSTS

If you have a driveway, garage, or pad you're not using, list it and get paid. You set the price and the hours. You decide who parks and when.

Payouts go straight to your bank account through Stripe. You keep the majority of every booking.

FOR SCOUTS

ParkHavn pays people to grow the map. Sign up a host in your neighbourhood and you earn a cut of every booking that spot generates, for as long as it keeps generating them. Walk your own street, talk to your neighbours, build a book of spots that pays you.
