Parking Heaven is a smartphone app that will alleviate some of the stress that drivers in crowded cities deal with every day by helping them find available public parking spaces. Parking Heaven will help drivers save significant time and money. Some drivers are already using parking apps, but Parking Heaven goes beyond the capabilities of these apps. Parking Heaven's great value is that it connects drivers who are in need of a parking space with a driver leaving a parking space. Americans are spending almost $73 billion dollars a year due to the difficulty of find a parking spot. (INRIX, 2017) Nobody is doing anything about this issue at the moment. Drivers spend hours circling around looking for parking spot, wasting lots of gas, and unfortunately picking up a lot of parking tickets along the way. Parking Heaven saves drivers time and money in their search for parking spaces. 77% of drivers own a smart phone; around 207 million people. (Schmitt, 2017) Around 100 millions of those drivers are in major cities like NYC, San Francisco, LA, Chicago, etc. and struggle to find a parking space every day. Drivers on average spend 17 hours a year searching for parking. (INRIX, 2017) When you download and create an account on Parking Heaven you will start off with tokens these tokens allows you to search for a parking space. When you get a parking space through the app, you will use up that token and in order for you to gain another token you will have to give up a parking space. This is the incentive drivers will have to offer their parking space when they are leaving one. In order to gain tokens, you must give up parking spaces, you cannot simply buy tokens with actual money.

This has been a life saver, Time saver and stress reliever. I do not have to circle for hours or for blocks on end. I make a request either right away or I can schedule a time I will need a parking n boom I get a spot. Plus it's a pay it forward so when I am leaving I put my spot on the app and help a fellow parker find a spot without them having to circle n ask they know just like I know our spot is reliable and fits there needs. This is such a time saver and super easy to use. No more driving around in circles looking for a parking spot. You can see what is up for grabs and are able to communicate with the car that you are coming to take the spot by sharing a code with the other car. Great app and I hope it gets set up in other cities as well.

I always find parking no need fo go around looking for hours. I put in a request and find a spot quickly. I get to also help out my fellow drivers by placing my parking spot as available and help someone else find a spot.
