Valet QR is the operational app for your restaurant's valet parking team. Replace paper tickets and forms with a simple, fast, and real-time digital workflow.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

- Create parking tickets in seconds, including license plate, vehicle description, and location.

- Scan the ticket's QR code to instantly find and release the vehicle.

- Receive push notifications as soon as a customer requests their car, without refreshing the screen.

- View the status of all parked vehicles in real time: who requested it, how long they've been waiting, and where they are.

- Add the last digit of the customer's ID number as extra verification before releasing a vehicle (optional, depending on the restaurant's configuration).

- Manage your frequent customer loyalty program, if your restaurant has one.

- Work with multiple restaurants or branches from a single account, depending on your role.

- Unlock the app with your fingerprint or face for faster and more secure access.

DESIGNED FOR THE RHYTHM OF THE DINING ROOM

The interface is designed for one-handed use, on the go, and offers good visibility even in low light. Audible and visual alerts notify the team as soon as a new order is received, ensuring no customer has to wait longer than necessary.

Valet QR is for internal use only: accounts are created by the restaurant manager; there is no public record within the app.
