They turn on auto renew on new permits without warning you. got charged 3 days for a guest pass for a friend who came to my apartment for 4 hours one single day, because they didn't give me a single email, notification, or any kind of warning that passes auto renew. very scummy. I think they hope you'll forget and not notice and double or triple pay just to have a friend over past 7pm. also weird to buy a friend a guest pass I have to click to repurchase my monthly pass??

I have been mistakenly cited twice for not being registered. I was. This week I was told my car was going to be towed because I was illegally parked. I wasn't.

Its difficult to actually set up parking, personally was met with an error. now that I have to reach someone to fix this, I cant seem to get a hold of anyone who can solve this problem. Despite my car being under threat of tow now. Great.
