They turn on auto renew on new permits without warning you. got charged 3 days for a guest pass for a friend who came to my apartment for 4 hours one single day, because they didn't give me a single email, notification, or any kind of warning that passes auto renew. very scummy. I think they hope you'll forget and not notice and double or triple pay just to have a friend over past 7pm. also weird to buy a friend a guest pass I have to click to repurchase my monthly pass??

I tried to make an account because my apartment complex just switched over to this company for our parking. I even emailed 5280 Parking about how to set up my account in the app. Turns out this app is no longer supported at all. Don't even bother to download it, I don't even understand why my apartment complex is telling us to download it when it doesn't work.
