Don't use the app, you will be charged for leaving without paying- happened to me twice!!! Never happened to me BEFORE or AFTER using the app and I go there pretty frequently. I am specifically referring to the one in Miami Beach (West Ave).

app does not work correctly. QR reader rarely works. The app doesn't let me zoom in far enough on the map to manually select the lot I park in. I'm convinced this is a scam company that does this so users have to pay the full parking fare

The QR scanner always has an error and I can't manually select the location I'm trying to park at.
