More expensive in fees than it should be, every time you top up your account they take 1 eur from it as a "top up service charge." I couldn't believe it. 1 euro to top up and use their service. I expect maybe a transaction type fee when paying for parking but to top up the account absolute rubbish. Also it doesn't outline this when topping up. Awful app and service.

Terrible UX. The app is designed to force you to top-up with a minimum amount that's more than a day's parking. This is not customer-friendly, it's in the interest of the company as it improves their cash flow. If you decide to use the once-off payment on the app, even while logged in to your account, the payment will not be displayed in the app and you won't be sent any notifications as to the status of your parking unless you explicitly ask or pay a fee - email should be a required field.

pretty lousy parking app in that it doesn't allow you to pay your parking directly from your registered card. Instead you first have to top up your account, for which they charge you €1. It also robbed €1 when i registered a card. On the whole, piss poor!
