The absolute worst technology I have ever experienced. This new app is so glitchy (online as well) that it is absolute unusable. I have an email trail over months telling me that no one can help me because they are having technical issues. Despite the glitches that make prebooking impossible because you get caught in a loop, they also asked me to create a new account which won't allow me to use my cell number because it's already in use with my old account, but no one can modify it. THE worst.

Can't log in with valid e-mail, even after a password reset. Also cannot log in using a valid rewards number in place of the e-mail.

Find a new app developer. Unable to choose the time because the app does not fit the screen. I like that this app has 2 stars but the latest update is about adding carwashes. What a joke.

What’s new

Version 3.0.3 offers customers the ability to add a car wash or detailing package when booking a Valet stay in the Park’N Fly app. Pre-book, skip the counter, and check in faster than ever.
