Ratings and reviews

Lots of spinning circles and slow response to login which ultimately times out or indicates incorrect credentials despite my use of a password manager and correct use of copy/paste function of the credentials. Booking was made several days ago but now we are unable to retrieve it. How do I get the gate open without my code? Forgot password function is also not working for me. In my opinion, this is not a smooth transition to a new ver of the app. I don't feel impressed with this app at all.

This is the absolute worst app I have ever encountered and if I could, I would give it 0 stars. You can not get passed the section that forces you to verify pictures. I've installed and un-installed this app so many times that I could scream. when landing and ready to be picked up, the app wouldn't allow me to even log in to my account. There is nothing good about it

There is 0 reason you need my precise location for me to book my park n' fly reservation and use this app. Absolutely garbage - it won't let you use the app or access your reservation without violating your privacy. I park car, I pick up car. You don't need my personal location for me to do that.
