Ratings and reviews

Used it for the first time on the 8th of January to the 15th of January. Its a complete and utter scam. After pressing ready for pick up, the app froze. Long story short we paid twice because we couldn't pull up the code that was supposed to be sent to allow us to leave. Despite showing the attendant the time stamped and dated " payment" of the fees. She refused to look and said it doesn't matter. We still had to pay the 2nd time. Now we have jump thru hoops to get our second payment back.

Please fix your app, the previous version was so easy and straightforward to use but after the update, this app is beyond frustrating. Time and date selection is no way user friendly, the numbers keep scrolling past the time you want to stop at, and when you need to edit the time, it just puts you back to the start. Also randomly becomes non responsive when trying to select. before there was an 'add' discount button for CAA members, no clue where that went?. update completely ruined this app.

Love park n fly, use it all the time. No issues making reservations however on the app I am unable to view my barcode. The box with reservation where you're suppose to click on view reservation details to get barcode does not open for the add payment and make a new reservation headings are below that box and covers over view my reservation details and it doesn't scroll up so I cannot click on it to get my barcode. Please fix this! Using Samsung Fold 5
