I cant ever use this app. Which is stupid bc i need it to be able to have guest parking without being towed. Why force us to use this when it doesnt even work? I fill out the form completely, it says its incomplete. It tells me to use the web version on my phone, theres no submit button to complete the process after inputting my info. I literally have to bring my laptop to login online. Poor layout and badly designed.

I've been trying to pay for parking for 15 minutes and keep getting error messages both on the website and the mobile app. I've emailed support and heard nothing back. There is no support number to call or chat option for immediate help. If I get towed because parknpay went down there will not be enough lawyers in the world.
