This app suddenly stops responding mid booking. Then, after I started the process over, it stated the parking lot I was sitting in was full; when actually it was more than 50% empty!! I simply left; this experience definitely reminded me why I should never travel to downtown again!!

this was the worst parking experience I have ever had. couldn't tell if we were even choosing the right parking lot because it wouldn't let me click on the image of the parking lot we were at and none of the cross streets matched.. the whole thing took 20 minutes to complete and I am a mobile app developer! The check out process kept erroring out refusing to let us check out.

Didn't work. Sat there trying all my cards to pay for parking. Kept getting a denied pop up for every single card. Ended up using the other website outside the Texas de Brazil restaurant and the payment went through just fine. Uninstalled.
