To make it as easy as possible, download the secure app in advance and enter your license plate number and credit card information. (You can even enter multiple vehicles.) Then, the whole process is as simple as 1-2-3.

1) Once you arrive at the lot, enter the parking lot location number on the sign.
2) Select how long you’ll be staying.
3) Pay with a single click.

ParkSmart Mobile Pay will then send you confirmation and a receipt via text, and you’re all done.

In fact, you can even get directions to the parking lot of your choice. Just select the icon of the lot that works best for you, and ParkSmart Mobile Pay will send directions to your phone.

If you’re looking for monthly parking, many ParkSmart Mobile Pay locations have monthly parking options as well. After booking your monthly space in advance, you can park in the lot each day without having to worry about re-entering your car or license plate information.

Horrible app. It has only let me search for parking on the map 1 time and when it did, no matter where I chose to find parking, it would not give me an option to purchase parking. I feel sorry for the owners of these lots since you can no longer get a space through another app like spothero. Make sure your app works before you roll it out

Their app crashes all the time. Their customer service doesn't respond. Their employees claim that "they just give parking tickets" even if the app doesn't work. They send an employee to give out parking tickets who claims that " If people can't use app to pay the parking fee because the app crashed, then I issue tickets. I don't care if the app doesn't work. That's not my job. I just give tickets"

There's zero functionality to this app. When I first signed up I used a personal phone number, but now I have a business mobile phone that I want to attach. There's no way to update your account, and there are no help or customer support options within the app. How are you going to have an app with such an essential function as parking at work, and not offer any type of technical support? It's wild.
